A very well known and reputable online travel brand are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to be responsible for the growth engine for a fast growing B2B segment of the business.

Reporting directly in to the Head of Product, the successful candidate will be an ambitious, data driven and creative growth marketer to own and drive new customer growth. They will be working very closely with the Product, Content, UX/Design and external agency teams to actively scale a fast growing segment of the business

Growth Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities

* Own and improve the customer value proposition messaging across all channels (SEO/PPC/Display/Social/Content)
* Create a detailed generation plan that is scalable and affordable
* Work with internal (CRM, design, product, legal, analytics) and external (agency) to drive timely execution
* Conduct channel optimisation and testing - DM, email, newsletter, partner, events
* Explore and execute partner campaigns that can amplify demand generation
* Build and manage nurture/drip marketing where relevant
* Influence B2B content strategy and execution

Growth Marketing Manager Essential Experience/Skills

* Data driven growth marketer with a passion to understand the market, the customer and the competition to execute, test and repeat growth hacks
* Excellent marketing campaign management and delivery skills
* Proven experience in an Ecommerce or SaaS business
* Hands-on self starter with the combination of analytical and commercial skills to figure out what needs doing and then doing it
* Experience in aggressively scaling business through marketing
