This is a brand new role within a high growth B2C Financial Services company. They have an innovative proposition within a high growth area of the sector.

Client Details

The client has experienced high growth since they launched several years ago and are one of the leaders in the type of proposition they offer to customers. They are continuing to expand their marketing team and remain a marketing centric company. They are based in central London. As they continue to grow, this role will likely evolve and grow in responsibility. You will report straight in to the CMO.


The role of Head of Content will include the following responsibilities:
Set up content strategy from scratch
Develop compelling and highly engaging customer centred messaging
Ensure content is delivered across the most relevant channels for target market - both online and offline
Work with external agencies and internal marketing teams to ensure effective delivery and reporting of campaign performance
Manage and influence key senior stakeholders with regard to plans, activity and performance of content
Ensure content is linked in seamlessly with the rest of the customer journey, encouraging high rates of acquisition


The successful candidate will possess the following:
Be highly experienced at a senior level with regard to B2C acquisition through the use of content marketing
Be a strong strategic thinker and able to demonstrate past examples of leading on key projects with strong results
Financial services experience would be highly advantageous
Experience either client side or agency side is fine
Able to demonstrate capabilities of dealing with a fast moving and dynamic marketing/business environment
Good general knowledge of the full marketing mix
