This is a truly exciting Senior Marketing Executive opportunity to shape the product development and marketing campaigns for this iconic entertainment venue.

Our client are a market leader in the leisure and entertainment sector on a global scale.


The Senior Marketing Executive will work with the Head of Marketing and a Marketing Executive to plan and execute the following:

* set the strategy and develop and implement the annual marketing plan contributing to the delivery of the financial performance

* Manage the relationship and briefing of external agencies to deliver innovative and exciting strategic plans that will deliver agreed results

* Monitor and evaluate all marketing activity against agreed KPIs and make recommendations and implement new procedures and processes where necessary

* Be the brand guardian and customer champion for the venue.

* Deliver the implementation of the ATL and BTL marketing plan to agreed timescales and budget and evaluate the return on investment/impact against KPIs

* Lead in the planning of the communications strategy, ensuring all marketing and communications activity is on brand.

* Project Manage integrated seasonal campaigns to ensure that campaigns are integrated, delivered on time and budget.

* Lead brand direction for attraction with regards to development of collateral and initiatives.

* Maintain local brand website, updating with seasonal events, price changes and added value content and information in conjunction with Head of E-Commerce

* Work together with E-Commerce team to drive web sales through SEO, Affiliates, PPC and social media activity.

* Lead and implement social media strategy

* Work with central CRM team to plan and implement email marketing programme


The candidate that secures the Senior Marketing Executive position will bring the following skills and attributes to the role:

* In depth destination brand marketing campaign planning and execution from either leisure, entertainment, retail or agency sectors
* An appreciation of product innovation and propositions within leisure/entertainment
* The ability to develop excellent 3rd party agency briefs across the marketing mix
* A passion for the consumer and executing campaigns that drive consumer engagement
* The ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships and influence at all levels
* Strong commercial marketing skills - enjoys campaign reporting and analytics
* knowledge of youth marketing would be a distinct advantage
* Happy to work in London on a daily basis
