This is a really super opportunity for a heavyweight ABM/junior BM to lead strategy, activation, plans and innovation for leading grocery food brands, primarily within one focus market for the business, (and one which generates a significant proportion of revenue), as well as supporting rest of world marketing. 

This is a rare Brand Manager position because it comes with full P&L management and true accountability.  Responsibilities include setting brand strategy and innovation roadmap, unlocking market and category potential, and analytics and reporting.  This is also a customer facing role where the Brand Manager will be the brand champion in front of key retailers.  

Who are we looking for?

We need someone with P&L experience and strong activation and implementation skills; someone with a proven track record in BTL comms; experience in planning and implementing promotions; a confident presenter and someone credible in front of retailers.  A results driven, can do attitude is key, along with a collaborative, team spirited approach.
