The role of Direct Marketing is for a high growth and exciting young financial services company who have already experienced strong financial success. The company is B2C focused and offer lots of opportunity for progression.

Client Details

The client is a well established, yet high growth Financial Services company, offering impartial advice direct to consumers with a unique proposition that puts the customer at the heart of their business.


The role of Direct Marketing Executive includes the following responsibilities:
Manage monthly marketing activity
Track campaign performance through focused testing protocol
Make recommendations and optimise campaign activity based on results
Develop engaging communications based on insights gathered and brand strategy
Act as brand guardian
Work with wider marketing team to ensure delivery is optimised and in-line with wider marketing plans


The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Good B2C direct marketing experience, across offline and online channels
Be degree educated, to a minimum 2:1 standard
Strong understanding of how to measure DM campaign performance and have a strong aptitude for numbers
Take a proactive approach, actively seeking out ways to improve marketing campaigns
Able to manage multiple deadlines in a high paced environment
Financial Services experience advantageous, but not essential
