An exciting new Digital Marketing Manager role for a software company, that has been around for over 20 years, based in Central London.

Digital Campaign Management



* Develop, implement and execute content driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels



* Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against defined goals (ROI & KPIs)
* Maintain our social media presence
* Follow up inside sales and sales conversions from marketing activities
* Identify market trends and insights, and optimise campaign spend and performance based on the insights

Content development

* Create, improve and maintain content to achieve our business goals



* Oversee all marketing content initiatives and liaise with external content writers on selection of industry specific topics to ensure audience engagement and brand consistency
* Develop content aligned with marketing targets and product road-map
* Manage content distribution through online channels and external distribution channels
* Ensure content is optimised to help drive SEO traffic and leads for the business



Website Management

* Ensure website is kept up to date with events, blog content and campaign information

* Work closely with website manager to ensure the website is kept up date and aligned with business requirements and standards



Event Management

* Manage all customer events, exhibitions and sponsorship opportunities
* Deliver an end-to-end event management/execution capability to the organisation
* Schedule a portfolio of internal and trade events, from small round-tables to trade shows

External Stakeholders

* Build and maintain a strong relationship with existing customers and establish a portfolio of customer reference cases and PR material
* Work closely with resell partners to promote our product portfolio through joint marketing initiatives
* Manage external marketing agencies, including PR and content writers, digital agencies and content distribution portals for lead generation
