 The Role
As a creative 3D Designer you will have a 3D background and be delivering creative proposals and building relationships with internal and external clients. You will also be enthusiastic and highly motivated, and have overall responsibility for delivering projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a 3D role within a creative agency. You will have strong organisational and communication skills as well as an exceptional background in design. Knowledge of Vectorworks, Cinema 4D and Photoshop is essential and any other rendering packages will be an advantage.

 Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Visualisation
•You will play an active role in the generation of creative and innovative ideas in response to client briefs.
•Your role will support the Head of Creative and Creative Lead in maintaining creative standards.
•You will be responsible for the creation of exceptional visuals to support your ideas. 

2. Communication
•Attend live pitches, as part of the project team, communicating creative concepts with passion and clarity.
•Demonstrate strong team-working skills and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with the rest of the team, particularly Events and Production.
•Attend, contribute to and help facilitate creative brainstorms. 

3. Project & Proposal Delivery
•Lead the 3D design process on dedicated projects and proposals.
•Take ownership of the execution and updating of all drawings and visuals, including detailed floor plans and construction specifications.
•Make on-site visits to events to monitor the installation of the agreed designs.
•Have attention to detail for technical and construction requirements.
•Liaise with / manage internal and external build contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.
•Work under pressure and multi-task, managing competing deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work. 

4. Mentoring
•Manage appropriate, specialist freelance resource when required.
•Motivate and help develop junior and mid-weight members of the Creative team. 

5. Research & Development
•Develop ‘best in class' knowledge of all the latest options in event production, technology, materials, finishes and furniture.
•Continue to develop your broad technical industry knowledge.
•Research and audit brands to deliver ideas that reflect brand values and tone of voice. 

6. Corporate
•Follow the guidelines of all company policies, both in the office and on-site, including Health & Safety.
•Actively participate in our clients sustainability initiatives and observe the policies and procedures which underpin our clients ISO20121 certification.
•Any other responsibilities/duties required in order to perform this role. 

You are:
•A creative thinker.
•Comfortable with all aspects of the 3D design process.
•Able to communicate your concepts verbally, in writing and through free-hand sketches.
•A self-starter with the motivation and initiative to push creative boundaries.
•Ambitious, diligent and hard working.

You have:
•The ability to lead 3D design projects taking them from brief, through concept design and development to production.
•Substantial agency experience delivering creative concepts for events.
•Excellent design and visualisation skills in Cinema 4D.
•Strong spatial planning and technical drawing ability using Vectorworks or AutoCAD.
•Great Adobe CS/CC (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign specific) skills to perfect presentation collateral.
•Good freehand sketching skills.
•An interest in brand focused experiential, event, set, interior, industrial or theatrical design.
•Excellent interpersonal/client presentation skills with a proven track record delivering competitive pitch winning ideas.
