This is a fully integrated Marketing Manager role developing the long and short term strategy to develop awareness and support the sales and account teams to drive business growth and contracts. You will support business growth targeting key business to explore continued growth / retention and identifying new business opportunities.

Client Details

Our client is a B2B aviation services organisation who are experiencing year on year growth supplying to leading brand names priding themselves on service and quality. They are looking for a Marketing Manager who can develop the existing marketing function and grow within the business as the business continues to grow.


The Marketing Manager will develop the marketing and communication strategy including:

* Develop global branding campaigns to deliver awareness and product understanding
* Support the sales and account managers with sales collateral and pitch material
* Create new product launch material and campaigns
* Deliver effective communications across on and offline platforms
* Brand guardianship and guideline development
* Management of the social media and website content
* Manage media relations and PR thought agency management
* Market, customer and competitor analysis
* Monitor campaign and online channel effectiveness
* Working with trade press and events to increase market exposure


I am looking to speak to B2B marketers with a track record in marketing the aviation industry. You will have line management experience and be able to demonstrate a track record in generating business and supporting a sales/account team. The role will be based at the head office near Windsor.

Job Offer

Salary on offer is up to £52,000 plus benefits
