The Role:

Partner clients to understand their business needs, issues, priorities and strategic levers
* Grow accounts not just projects - Identify areas of opportunity and create new commercial opportunities
on accounts.
* Achieve keen revenue/growth targets and forecasts and set those targets
* Develop the account strategy for specific clients and ensure this is consistently expressed through all
activity and to teams working on the account
* Maintain relationships with key clients beyond and between projects; show confidence in proposing new
ideas and leading clients' thinking; bring a vision to life for the client
* Contributing to Client annual brand planning and strategy

* Financial responsibility and control; oversee forecasting, budgeting, growing revenue, minimising costs
* Defining the strategic direction of major briefs in conjunction with planning team. Developing the
strategic and creative response. Striving to think laterally and exceed expectations
* Detailed knowledge of clients' sector, brand and business objectives
* Mentor junior account team members
Business development
* Support the business development team in qualifying and converting opportunities
* Run selected pitches to budget from resource through delivery, including crafting initial pitch response
* Answer client RFPs and organise required credentials material; manage junior accounts team members to
* Identify revenue opportunities and take these forward into scoping and closing
