We have a fabulous new role with a well established UK operator who is looking for a customer engagement manager responsible for developing their customer engagement programme.

Working in this faced paced customer facing environment, you'll be responsible for leading the business through the transformation of their loyalty programme to drive customer frequency and brand affinity.

Looking for proven track record in managing a loyalty programme driving high levels of ROI and customer acquisition & retention. With a strong understanding of marketing principles and channels marketing, you'll be creating, testing and refining automated and targeted customer marketing programmes that promote loyalty, re-engage lapsed customers and drive new customer acquisition.
