Digital CRM Project Managers, this is a fantastic opportunity where you will be responsible for managing exceptional end-to-end delivery of CRM projects for a multi-award winning integrated, digital and direct marketing agency based in Central London!

As a Project Manager you will deliver innovative, creative solutions that have their clients' and customers' needs at the centre. You will have solid technical understanding and have a proven track record for delivering projects across multiple digital channels (banners, web, e-mail, mobile, content activation).

You will work across all departments ensuring meticulous attention to detail, identifying and controlling risk, setting and managing expectations and ensuring projects are always delivered on time, on budget and to high standards.

Ideally, you'd have good knowledge in Jira Agile, financial awareness, ability to review project status, track budgets and schedules and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:
* Develop proposals and scopes of work to define and deliver end-to-end solutions.
* Create project plans to ensure the timely implementation of project deliverables on a day to day and longer term basis.
* Monitor, drive and report on project performance (including action planning / management)
* Working on CRM, data programmes, system implementation, workflow, data into creative and email marketing.

Bonus points for:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in a structured agency PM environment
* Experience of managing multiple projects of budgets up to £250k
* Professionally certified in Project Management (PRINCE2, APMP, Scrum Master or DSDM)
* Expert knowledge of a specific business domain e.g. user experience, web development, mobile, media, hosting, comms and the ability to interact with the client as a subject matter expert
