* Overseeing the implementation of the client's website strategy.
* Lead on the client's website projects to improve the user journey of the customer and meet agreed KPIs and ROIs.

Client Details

My client is a well known and reputable public sector organisation based in central London.


The key responsibilities of the Website Manager are to:

* Act as the product owner of the client's website projects, including development of new channels as required and integration of systems to improve the user journey.
* Create and own the website programme: changes, content, pages, projects etc.
* Manage an ongoing program of Multivariate testing and Conversion Rate Optimisation programmes.
* Manage and own all the website KPIs: conversion, time spent on site, quality of customer, actions taken etc.
* Support the customer acquisition and retention programmes.
* Make constant changes on-site and be able to deliver small changes in-house.
* Plan and manage content marketing to drive engagement, conversion and commercial revenue.
* Deliver weekly and monthly reports on website performance as well as manage expenditure against budgets.
* Procure and manage agencies and suppliers.


The successful candidate must be:

* A website expert: specialising in owning and managing the website.
* Technical expertise especially in coding will be an advantage.
* Commercially minded.
* Customer centric.
* Able to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.

Job Offer

The role is a permanent position paying £37,000 per annum
