The Digital Centre of Excellence (DCoE) is a community of digital professionals delivering the digital change agenda for HSBC throughout UK, Europe, Middle East, and North Africa. The teams within the DCoE include Digital Specialists, Designers, Analysts and Testers who work alongside delivery partners in Change and Software Delivery to deliver the change to Public Websites, Transactional Banking and Mobile / Tablet. From defining ‘best in class' services to performing customer readiness testing, they manage the entire digital project lifecycle. The team's goal is to delight customers with functionally rich Digital channels and great customer experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role Digital Messaging Specialist.

In this role, you will:

 

  • Lead virtual cross-functional teams comprising of participants from local business, DCoE and global HSBC Technology and Services (HTS) teams that possess a wide range of skills
  • Undertake tasks in line with User Centred Design methodology,
  • Lead/participate in digital proposition development at the global level. 
  • Ensure flawless and optimum execution of digital value added messages.
  • Lead & undertake in-depth analysis to drive out ‘best in class' digital messaging
  • Source and interpret data/insight to underpin the design of digital messaging for both manufacture and deployment

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Relevant knowledge of digital messaging consumer focused business
  • Experience working in relevant market/context
  • A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to customers
  • A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better
