The company is a FTSE 100, market-leading, direct-to-consumer investment platform. This is a fiercely competitive sector and our rivals are some of the biggest players in the investment and banking market.

They are looking for a Programmatic Display Specialist to join their Marketing and Commercial Performance team.

Over the past six months their programmatic display activity has grown significantly into one of their most prominent marketing channels and we need a bright, enthusiastic and ambitious specialist to help us reach the next level.

Job Role:

The role will give you the opportunity to work in the ever growing social, native and content side of media buying and use cutting edge technology and targeting tools.

Mobile is a core focus with over 50% of the 6 million visits our site received in April coming from a mobile device. You must be able to show previous results via all device types

Testing is a big part of this role, we pride ourselves on generating the best results possible, this involves continuously testing all areas of our activity including, but is not limited to, targeting, creative, platforms and landing pages. Experience using testing tools is a plus, but if not you will need to pick this up quickly.

You will report to the Biddable Media Manager within the Marketing & Commercial Performance team. They are group of specialists covering the owned, earned and paid marketing channels. Therefore we cover the full path to conversion funnel from large scale brand awareness activity through to the final touch point email or affiliate campaigns. This omni-channel approach allows us to be very responsive to industry changes and invest budget in the most effective areas to drive the best possible results.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day management and optimisation of programmatic display, social, native and content activity
* Identify new opportunities to improve account performance
* Hands on set up and account structure in individual platforms and adservers
* Working closely with the design team to generate creative
* A/B testing of creative, targeting and landing pages to ensure the best results
* Monitor results using web analytics
* Regular communication of results to all key stakeholders
* Competitor monitoring

The Candidate:

You will need to be able to demonstrate hands-on experience of driving outstanding performance for big brands in-house or through client work.

Managing display activity will be second nature to you and experience of running activity through a DSP and adserver is required. Showing the ability to get the best from these channels through your management of the campaigns is also essential.

Experience using sophisticated digital analytics tools to monitor results and optimise your activity is a must; you need to have a head for the numbers. All your campaigns will need to show they're exceeding results across key performance metrics. Key to success will be your ability to communicate these results by delivering insightful performance reports to all key stakeholders.

An understanding of attribution modelling is needed to be able to fully attribute value across the paid media channels.

An enjoyment in keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing and specifically programmatic display will be hugely beneficial. Success will come from understanding these developments and proposing cutting edge methodologies to improve our results and ensuring they are implemented quickly to maintain competitive advantage.

Essential Requirements

* Degree educated
* 2-3 years media experience with large brand or agency
* Comfortable managing display campaigns
* Proven experience of managing significant marketing budgets
* Accountability of meeting targets
* Experience using web analytics
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Highly organised and reliable

Desired Requirements

* Marketing/business/IT based degree
* Knowledge of investments
* Experience of managing multi-million pound campaign budgets
* Experience of running display through DSPs and using adservers
* Experience of managing social, native and content network campaigns
* Experience of managing the creative development process
* Understanding of attribution modelling
* Experience in promoting mobile apps
* Experience of working within financial services
