Fantastic opportunity for a Brand Manager to join a leading FMCG business based in Plymouth. Due to a recent promotion an opportunity has arisen for a Brand Manager to join the business.

Client Details

Our client is a leading FMCG business with an instantly recognisable brand. They are currently looking for a Brand Manager to play a key role in driving their shopper marketing and NPD processes.


Reporting in to the Head of Marketing, the Brand Manager will ensure that the organisation's brand and NPD is translated to the shopper and customer experience. The main duties of the role will be to:

1 Develop customer/shopper marketing Strategy and plans for key channels (incl Export) and customers aligned with agreed Budget and Brand/Commercial Strategy.
2 Collaborate and align with Sales controllers, National Account Managers, Regional Area Managers and Business Development Team to execute plan on time.
3 Review and evaluate all activity gathering learnings and make recommendations for improvements.
4 Develop and coordinate all Marketing comms to sales team incl Sales & Marketing Meeting.
5 Recommend, plan, execute and evaluate results of key trade events.
6 Regularly Track and analyse Brand performance.
7 Assist in the commercial execution of Key NPD incl pack design/artwork development, working with sales to estimate forecasts, promo plans, working with finance to develop P&L, working with NPD Manager to develop product and launch on time.


The successful candidate will:

- have previous experience of working within an FMCG organisation

- have rounded experience of brand, NPD, trade / shopper marketing

- be a strong communicator and able to build working relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders

- have both a creative and analytical mind
