The Customer Marketing Manager is a key position within the business as it will define the customer contact strategy from contract signing, on boarding, renewal etc. You will work with product, marketing ad sales to define and deliver the customer experience and marketing strategies. You will also own the international user conference managing external agency support.

The Customer Marketing Manager will define the customer contact strategy and journey throughout the buying and in-life cycle, key responsibilities include:

* Deliver engaging communications and campaigns across on and offline channels
* Support product launches into the customer base and drive revenue form add-on product enhancements
* Launch new products to existing customers
* Analyse product utilisation within the user community and utilise insights to drive communications
* Own the annual user conference
* Deliver customer communications to the freemium customer base to drive conversion into paying customers
* Create impactful customer marketing/loyalty programs


To be right for the Customer Marketing Manager role you will have a strong track record within the enterprise software industry delivering effective and targeted marketing communications and impactful customer marketing/loyalty programs. You will have worked within a customer or community marketing role developing new marketing programs and using automation tools.

Job Offer

Salary on offer is £45,000 to £50,000 plus benefits
