Michael Page have been assigned to search for a Brand Manager for a business based in Hertfordshire. The Brand Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of brands and will have budget management responsibility. Our client is one of the largest FMCG businesses in the UK and is looking for Brand Manager to join the team.

Client Details

Our client is a well known food FMCG organisation based in Hertfordshire. They have huge turnover each year and growth plans are well underway for 2017. There are over 700 people working for the organisation and are continually growing. Our client really values their people and is keen to see them develop.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* To create brand plans in line with the brand guidelines
* Have budget management responsibility
* Have communication and stakeholder engagement via marketing materials
* Evaluate the performance of touch points
* Work cross functionally with other teams
* Lead near to mid term innovation pipeline development
* Manage projects from pipeline through to implementation in market.
* Support the Marketing Manager


The ideal Brand Manager would have previously been a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager. The candidate needs to be passionate about marketing and have worked for an FMCG business before. The candidate can have experience working in the UK and/or in international markets.

Job Offer

This job role offers an excellent package, including a basic salary of £50K circa. Other benefits include a bonus, pension and private health care.
