A customer facing and cross-functional role with a focus on driving the execution of the Confections Shopper Marketing and Trade Marketing plans across the Grocery channel. To be the expert in the shopper of those accounts, build excellent relationships with a variety of stakeholders and to help shape the strategy & development of activation plans and national initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

* Developing and executing outstanding Shopper Marketing and Trade Marketing activities throughout the path to purchase working closely with the Brand Activation Manager.
* Use shopper insights to build strong and relevant activation plans, working with category team to maximise relevancy and drive conversion in store.
* Lead BTL creative and bespoke retailer campaign development for Grocery or account specific initiatives.
* Support the Customer Activation Executive on POS recommendations to drive POS suite requirements.
* Accountable for management of the assigned shopper marketing budget; including booking and raising purchase orders of all activities.
* Negotiate preferred rates for all media and spend across Grocery.


Preferred skill-set:

* Strong FMCG marketing and shopper marketing experience preferred.
* Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
* Commercially savvy, numerate and analytical
* Experience on working with and briefing agencies.
* Fantastic team player who thrives on working cross-functionally across the business.
* Available to start immediately.
