Acting as Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, activities and tactics fostering excellence in execution and ensuring they are delivered within time, budget and specification. You will manage projects throughout their whole lifecycle.. You will be responsible for developing and delivering B2B, B2C, strategies and tactics centrally and for leading/supporting countries.

* Develop marketing strategies for all brands

* Provide guidance and support to the local teams regarding implementation of marketing strategies and tactics

* Lead the creation and delivery of an annual marketing plan for brands, involving analysis of global insights, market trends, competitors strategies and understanding of brand performance.

* Lead the creation of a suite of marketing templates and tools to promote services to pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmacists, consumers and other relevant bodies.

* Manage, coach and develop the assistant marketing manager in terms of accountability, deliverables and personal growth.


The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK.

* The successful candidate will ideally have forged their Marketing career in the Retail, Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Relevant degree, preferably in business/ management, marketing, brand management, communications or related field.
* CIM or equivalent qualification highly desirable.
* Excellent strategic and operational marketing skills in consumer/ retail environment.
* B2B and pharmacy market experience a distinct advantage.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills that can be applied in different cultural situations/countries. Confident and credible presentation skills. Creativity and attention to detail.
* Entrepreneurial mind-set, flexibility and ability to embrace and lead change.
* People management experience and leadership skills are a must. Collaborative approach whilst holding people accountable for delivery of their objectives.
* Strong project management skills, including planning, organising and managing external agencies.
* Well organised and analytical with a structured approach to projects and tasks.
* The international nature of the business requires an understanding and sensitivity of the cultural diversity within which the business and role operate.
* Must be fluent in verbal and written English. An additional European language is a distinct advantage.
