Responsibilities:

* Develop campaign and sales support materials that generate direct enquiries (private client)
* Guide the offices as to how to develop local plans, and ensure they are executed to time.
* Ensure that all central and local office plans are amalgamated into an overall (annual) plan.
* Manage a team with responsibility for B2B marketing - charities, professional services and IFAs. These individuals also have a matrix responsibility for managing a group of offices.
* Develop campaigns and collateral that are topical and timely for direct clients, working closely with the content and digital teams to ensure appropriate channels are used.
* Develop briefs for advertising to direct clients that fit with the brand strategy, and to manage the advertising agency in relation to those advertising campaigns where appropriate.
* Develop a strong understanding of the needs and desires of direct clients, and balance these against corporate needs.
* To work closely with the design team to ensure that the materials they develop are conceptually distinctive to achieve the objectives of the marketing plan for direct clients.
* To ensure that all work undertaken to support the direct channel is ultimately commercial at its heart, and will prove to be a return on investment

Requirements:

* Track record of financial planning and tax topics across wealth management is essential
* Ideally B2B and B2C experience
* Have a track record of creating and executing campaigns that quantifiably deliver
* Be good at managing multiple competing demands
* Have strong interpersonal relationships, including with front-facing business leaders
* Able to demonstrate having developed a team.
* Track record of planning and executing successful campaigns.
* In depth knowledge of, and curiosity in relation to, products and services in the wealth management market
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Able to perform under pressure and multi task
* Proven track record of delivering high quality work within a demanding environment
* Strong personal communication skills including good oral and writing skills in English
* Strong budget management skills
