This fast growing start-up beauty company is looking for a Marketing Manager to implement the strategy and roll out of targeted comms.
Ideally you will have had experience in the beauty sector (ideally cosmetics/ skincare) and within the e-commerce space and are comfortable working with relatively limited budgets for offline activities (press and predominantly BTL-partnerships, experiential, pop ups etc).
Although there is a separate e-comm team you will be experienced in digital, CRM and social and creating integrated campaigns that reflect our brand positioning. If you have NPD/ innovation within cosmetics that is a real bonus, as is any retail experience particularly with key cosmetic retailers.
