My client, a leading commercial business based near Oswestry is looking to recruit a Brand & Communications Coordinator to join their busy Marketing team. Sitting within the Branding and Communications team, the main responsibility for this role will be to take responsibility of our digital channels (social media, eshots, website, etc.) and drive content, along with working on other offline communications when required. This role is accountable for the management, conception, delivery and measurement of all digital communications on time, in line with the company business objectives, within budget and to a consistently high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of monitoring, driving and scheduling dynamic, interesting and informative content for our social media channels, managing engagement and building strong relationships with teams within the company to ensure the platforms represent personality
Work with social media agency to deliver a sustained Facebook advertising schedule, managing budget to ensure ROI and delivery of prospect email addresses which can be digitally nurtured
Responsibility for the company brands websites and intranets, ensuring they are accurate, relevant and visually engaging
Manage delivery of monthly eshots and newsletters for prospects and customers
Responsibility for the upkeep of, content generation for and promotion of the company blog
From concept to production, lead a full schedule of podcasts ensuring the interview topics, interviewees and hosts are forward thinking, informative and relevant to the audience
Drive and manage the development of our prospect email nurture journey
Create engaging content prospects will value ensuring robust measurement for ongoing learning
Produce exciting and insightful copy and articles for digital mediums
Work with the in-house design team and UX designer to create visually engaging and seamless digital communications
Collate and circulate digital reports to assist with driving the business' strategy
Create and deliver any other communications deemed appropriate, adhering to brand guidelines at all times

Skills Required:
Educated to a degree level or similar marketing qualification
Must have recent experience working in a full mix marketing or communications role
Competent in using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blogs, Google+ and Google Analytics
Experience of working with Co-Schedule, Mail Chimp and Survey Monkey - desirable

Possess web content experience

Experience of using podcasts - desirable

Strong creative copywriting skills
Competent in IT including Microsoft Office
Ability to understand a campaign, write and deliver a brief
Proven self-starter driven by creating communications to the highest standard
Proven digital marketing experience with a flair for copywriting, including email copy
Excellent understanding of social media and experience of managing and scheduling content social platforms
Experience in creating and delivering email campaigns using mailchimp
The ability to build and sustain lasting relationships with a range of audiences
Ability to juggle many projects and tasks and prioritise workload accordingly
