Senior Brand Manager
I am delighted to be tasked with finding a superb Senior Brand Manager, for a company in growth, driving change and putting their stamp on their category. The company own a portfolio of very well-known household brands, some occupying No1 and No2 spot in their respective markets, and others needing some TLC.
The jewel in the crown of these brands, is looking for an SBM, a completely new position, reporting to the Head of Marketing and looking after a brand assistant.
In this role you will be asked to use your marketing and brand expertise to build some scale into the brand and strengthen the portfolio. The brand currently has a fantastic reputation, but is undervalued and has enormous potential. As well as introducing new innovation, you will be tasked with expanding the reach overseas from the UK head office.
As such we are looking for someone who knows their onions! Brand Managers, you will need to be experienced and ready for promotion to be considered for this role.

In terms of experience, you MUST have been in branded food, drink, personal care or very closely associated category. You will need to be able to evidence your success in driving through innovation, launching new concepts and flavours, and writing successful brand plans. Man-management is a plus but not a pre-requisite.
This would suit someone committed and driven, who sees their future in a medium sized business - away from the red tape and bureaucracy of one of the big blue chips.
The location of the company will work for people based in the West Midlands, South West, Oxfordshire, west of the M4 corridor.
