We have a new opening for a Senior Interior Designer to join this company's growing construction department. This year is going to be their biggest year yet, with the openings of new developments from their award-winning aparthotel brands. The role requires someone with a background in either architecture or interior design with the ability to work from concept through to completion.

Duties will include:

  • Development of interior schemes for Student accommodation and their aparthotel chain
  • Management of interior projects on-site
  • Undertaking site surveys and creating working drawings for varying types of accommodation refurbishments
  • Sourcing furniture, lighting, finishes and designing bespoke items
  • Creating detailed FF&E specifications, GA and joinery drawings packages

Person / Experience Required:

  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience across commercial, leisure and the hospitality sectors
  • Full understanding of other disciplines in construction such as Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical and Structural
  • Space planning, interior design and styling skills
  • Detailed drawing experience using AutoCAD
  • Proactive and creative in nature
