As Communications Manager you will support the Head of Content and Publications in the effective creation and delivery of key collateral to support internal projects, campaigns and initiatives across various business units. You will manage collateral plans, in collaboration with the projects team, so that content is created according to core requirements

Description

* Support the creation and delivery of key collateral to support internal projects, campaigns and initiatives
* Trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing advice on communication and engagement, with a particular focus on language, tone and messaging effectiveness
* Lead the creation of content to support internal projects, campaigns and initiatives, working to a collateral plan
* Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent flow of information and messages are shared across relevant audiences and channels
* Measure content and channel effectiveness for all projects, to ensure strategic and tactical engagement with key audiences is achieved according to requirements.
* Support the Head of Content and Publications in bringing discipline, rigour and consistency across internal communications and publications


Profile

* Educated to graduate level or equivalent
* Excellent experience in communications and of working effectively in a complex and fast paced organization
* Great track record overseeing the creation and delivery of key collateral to support internal projects, campaigns and initiatives to support complex engagement programmes across a range of projects
* Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. Speed is essential in drafting and editing copy, and developing campaign plans
* Clear, considered and timely decision-making skills, with ability to analyse a situation quickly and consider the risks and opportunities
* Conceptual thinker with the ability to turn complex and competing data into simple communication
* Good interpersonal skills with at all levels and a strong team player
* Proficiency in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Job Offer

£35,000 - £40,000 plus lucrative benefits
