Brand Manager - Leading FMCG Brand
c.£40K-£45K + Strong Benefits Package + Bonus

Looking for your next marketing challenge?  Ready to step up and take real ownership?  This is a truly exciting opportunity for a super smart BM or perhaps ABM to take on a much loved UK food brand - shaping strategy and developing and implementing initiatives across the mix, including high profile integrated consumer campaigns.  Working closely with insight and commercial teams, and of course leading design, creative and media partners, you will identify consumer drivers and desires, manage brand innovation and renovation projects and deliver compelling consumer and shopper promotional activity that drives trial and continued love for the brand!  This will include working closely with international teams to ensure global alignment and production and packaging synergies.

Skills Checklist

  • Educated to degree level with a robust base of FMCG brand marketing experience.
  • Smart, commercially savvy and results-driven with strong creative and analytical thinking skills and a good grasp of continuous retail/shopper/market insight data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence at all management levels and functions.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with an energetic, positive ‘can do' attitude to new challenges; someone who takes ownership and gets things done with pace.
  • A passionate interest in marketing and understanding consumers, shoppers and brands; someone who is always looking to develop and sharpen their skills to bring ideas to the business.
