Head of Retail Marketing

We help our customers to bring their biggest home and garden ideas to life. As Head of Retail Marketing, you’ll do the same for us. Bold and innovative, you’ll bring lots of ideas and inspiration to the table to help us build even stronger connections with our customers.
In this exciting new role, you’ll transform our retail marketing. You’ll use every media channel creatively to tell the story of our brand, products and services in a compelling and seamless way across all of our stores and local markets.
Leading the design and delivery of all in-store communications in line with our wider marketing plans, you’ll provide a consistent brand experience nationwide. You’ll plan and deliver tailored local marketing programmes and oversee the creation of a variety of printed marketing materials, including catalogues and flyers. This high profile role offers plenty of variety. As well as building strong supplier relationships, you’ll take ownership of our gift card offer and manage the retail finance packages for our kitchens and bathrooms.
If you’re a customer champion with a creative approach and big brand experience in retail, FMCG or a service industry, this is your chance to use your brilliance to make a great British brand even greater. You should already have made a name for yourself by transforming retail marketing at a well-known business that has a strong focus on in-store communications. You’ll also need to be able to work effectively with a diverse team of colleagues, including commercial market directors and digital and category marketing experts.
