We help our customers to bring their biggest home and garden ideas to life. As our Director of Integrated Communications, you’ll do the same for us. Bold and innovative, you’ll bring lots of ideas and inspiration to the table to help us build even stronger connections with our customers.
Media and communications planning. PR and social. Digital and design. You’ll be the one that brings them all together to create consistent, world-class communications. The custodian of our brand, you’ll make the most of a £20m+ budget to make sure our products and services remain firm customer favourites.
Owning and developing world-class integrated communications, you’ll tell our story consistently and seamlessly across every channel and format. This high profile leadership role will involve managing our studio team and building our brand online and offline. Always aware of the bigger picture, you’ll enjoy huge scope from communication planning and PR to social, digital design and printed marketing materials.
If you’re a customer champion with a creative approach and big brand experience in retail, FMCG or a service industry, this is your chance to use your brilliance to make a great British brand even greater. An innovative and strategic thinker, you must have an impressive track record of developing compelling brands and delivering great creative work that gets results. You’ll also need to be able to deal with sensitive PR issues and build strong relationships with the media and marketing agencies.
