Responsibilities will include:

* Managing the implementation of processes and metrics to support and improve the operations of the central Marketing function.
* Manage the environment for high-impact, high-leverage improvement opportunities.
* Benchmarks the current marketing activities, performance and investment against industry best practices in the industry and proposes improvements where necessary.
* Identifying opportunities to increase overall effectiveness and efficiency of the residential marketing team.
* Managing the flow and approval of project requests and allocation of marketing resources.
* Assessing the team's current capabilities against future Marketing objectives and works with the Head of Residential Marketing to upskill and recommend development opportunities.
* Promoting the use of the project management platform to optimise day-to-day workflow.
* Works closely with the Head of Residential Marketing to ensure marketing is closely aligned with other relevant departments.
* Maintaining a regular and comprehensive program of client communications.
* Conducts regular reviews including project-related reviews.
