This successful marketing agency are one of the UK's most well respected and leading Brand Activation Agencies in the UK. They have the aim to deliver brand activation campaigns that influence the purchasing behaviour of consumers by seamlessly integrating multiple communication channels and using these to convey the brand's core values and messages in a cohesive way.

They have an impressive portfolio of clients, made up of many well known global brands. As an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, you will be working on some on the biggest accounts in the company who have ambitious growth plans following another successful year.

This position is a great chance for someone to take on a role with a lot of variety as this agency are specialists in all things brand engagement, activation, events & experiential.
They're looking for an Account manager/Senior Account manager to join their client services team in Hertfordshire to work across a variety of projects.

The Role:

You will work across one the agencies top retail clients. You will be involved in coming up with ideas, and will need to be confident in creating, devising, presenting and implementing new and imaginative ideas. This is a really fun role! Your duties will be varied and you will be given support and mentoring. They will provide training and coaching to help you progress and achieve your aspirations.
You will need to:

• Act as an extension of our clients' team
• Appreciate the importance that fine detail plays in success
• Learn fast by quizzing more experienced colleagues
• Apply curiosity to new situations and challenges
• Get involved in brainstorming sessions
• React to priorities from internal and external teams
• Build credibility by seeking knowledge of ours and our clients' businesses
• Take responsibility for projects
• Organise and project manage a variety of elements within a campaign or event
• Report on and evaluate the effectiveness of a campaign
• Nurture and grow new and existing relationships with our Brand Ambassadors

Essential Skills
• A demonstrable and genuine interest in and knowledge of the marketing industry, in particular events and experiential campaigns
• Self-motivated, confident, energetic and able to work flexibly as part of a team
• Friendly warm personality
• Social media knowledge and interest is advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• A degree with an element of marketing/communications is desirable but not essential
• Previous account management experience (ideally within a marketing agency) would be highly beneficial
• Knowledge and use of relevant software packages (MS Office)
