As the Analytical Project Support you will be expected to provide consistent support to the Project Manager through the development, planning, and execution of projects from conception to product introduction.

Based in Deeside with almost 30 years industry experience, my client is a trusted manufacturer of beauty products, suitable for the whole family, working with some of the worlds biggest brands and retailers.


Description

As the Analytical Project Support you will be:



* Responsible for managing the NPD process



* Draw up and maintain a project management schedule for each project



* Run excel reports and analyse the customer data





* Attend weekly cross-functional meetings to provide regular updates and highlight potential issues. Liaise with the relevant business functions to ensure trials are carried out correctly.





* Raise relevant internal documentation, ensuring their timely completion and sign-off





* Communicate with the customer, their agents, artwork houses and other parties to meet all the requirements for the completion of artwork





* Co-ordinate and manage the artwork process, communicating with the customer, their agents, artwork houses and other parties to meet all the requirements for the completion of artwork. Supply relevant documentation to the customer as required





* Represent the company at artwork meetings and passes on press





* Attend project meetings with customer where required





* Organise the administration for managing and maintaining the customer price file





* Provide customer contact at times of Business Manager unavailability e.g. travelling, meetings, holiday etc


Profile

The successful Analytical Project Support will have:

* Analytical experience
* An understanding of the product life cycle
* Commercial Awareness and experience within the FMCG sector
* An understanding of how retailers and brand owners behave
* Degree (advantageous but not essential)
* Experience of working within a marketing and retail sales environment would be of an advantage.
* Proficiency and accuracy in the use of Word and Excel.
