Develop and implement the integrated acquisitions marketing programme and product marketing execution programme to target and budget.

A leading leisure organisation, dedicated to offering the best quality service and experiences to their members.


Roles and Responsibilities;

* Work with Senior Marketing Manager to develop the acquisitions and year 1 member strategy.

* Work with Senior Marketing Manager to deliver acquisitions and product marketing execution strategy across all products

* Develop and drive the acquisitions marketing plan and longer term plans in line with the strategy

* Leverage a prospect pool to drive new member acquisition

* Track, monitor and assess performance of all marketing activities to generate new members

* Work closely with the Retention Marketing Manager to improve dialogue with its prospects and members

* Ensure consistency across all campaigns and sign off has been obtained from all parties.

* Develop and nurture third party relationships and channels and leverage to acquire new members

* Develop a strong collaborative working relationship with key stakeholders


Skills and Experience;

* Significant marketing experience in an agency or client side within a B2C role and relevant experience in a customer service industry environment
* Experience of delivering innovative marketing campaigns across a range of media channels
* Proven commercial acumen, numerically literate
* Strong relationship and influencing skills within a matrix environment
* Proven strong analytical skills, based on sound understanding of customer and industry insight

Job Offer

6 month contract (temp to perm opportunity)

£120 - £150 per day LTD.
