A leading international Architecture and design firm are looking for an accomplished and driven Marketing Coordinator to join their fast-paced studio. The position requires an excellent communicator, problem solver and action-oriented team player.
The Marketing Coordinator is the key producer of materials and content to support business development. Key responsibilities include:
- Working with senior staff and business leaders to produce proposals, presentations, research, design, write and produce all materials
- Manage scheduling, production, and delivery of marketing materials, and perform multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines
- Learn and understand the firm's capabilities and offerings and actively participate in strategy / planning sessions
- Actively engage and collaborate with the firm's network of PR, Communications and Marketing personnel, and develop new materials as needed to support business development activities.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a marketing/communications position, preferably for a professional services firm. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong graphic communication and design skills - competency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign is a must. As a self-motivator, you will be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across diverse projects, and be comfortable collaborating effectively with different teams in the process.
Recognising new business opportunities and providing thought leadership for marketing pitches will be key. Previous work in architecture and design, or the creative industries is a must.
