Group Events & Sales Manager - Fine Dining

Core Responsibilities

* Management and co-ordination of all events for each restaurant site
* Effective account management to ensure maximum revenue is being generated and all targets are achieved.
* Potential to lead sales meetings and depending on your seniority you can become a 2nd in command.
* Main point of contact between ops and sales team
* You will have the opportunity to lead the G&E pricing strategy to maximise sales
* Identify trading opportunities across the year and be responsibel for the growth of the brand.
* Ensure effective enquiry management
* Effective handling of group bookings (15 - 150 guests on average)
* Ensure effective liaison with the client to create an accurate and complete proposal
* Identify potential business development opportunities to build account portfolio
* Ensure a pro-active sales approach is used to generate business and support existing accounts growth
* Effective communication with all restaurants in the group to ensure relationships are strong and all events take place smoothly
* Be proactive and identify potential opportunities to improve event and private dining revenue

(Need to have experience coming from high end hospitality/fine dining with a group or multi-site events focus.)
