Digital Marketing Manager
My client is already established as the leading brand its its market, and is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help expand and consolidate that growth in one of the most exciting, dynamic areas of the business.
My client is a rapidly growing organisation based in Watford, Hertfordshire.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be required to
- Plan, execute, test and measure a broad range of cost-effective online tactics across the brand's website, database, email, social media and advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain the social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
The ideal Digital Marketing Manager will have
- Proven success in previous digital roles
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Ability to read and manage Google - and other - analytics programmes
Experience in establishing and optimising Google Adwords - and other ad campaigns
Working knowledge of managing website development
Good standard of English and strong writing skills
Proven ability to create and direct content
Flexible, responsive attitude
A salary of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE plus benefits.
