My client is already established as the leading brand its its market, and is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help expand and consolidate that growth in one of the most exciting, dynamic areas of the business.

My client is a rapidly growing organisation based in Watford, Hertfordshire.

Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will be required to

  • Plan, execute, test and measure a broad range of cost-effective online tactics across the brand's website, database, email, social media and advertising campaigns.

  • Design, build and maintain the social media presence.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these insights.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Profile

The ideal Digital Marketing Manager will have

  • Proven success in previous digital roles

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Ability to read and manage Google - and other - analytics programmes

  • Experience in establishing and optimising Google Adwords - and other ad campaigns

  • Working knowledge of managing website development

  • Good standard of English and strong writing skills

  • Proven ability to create and direct content

  • Flexible, responsive attitude

Job Offer

A salary of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE plus benefits.
