Challenging and exciting roles for exceptional insight specialists with experience of managing research & insight projects across international markets.  Working alongside global brand teams, you'll use your substantial budget to support strategic decisions for major consumer brand in the OTC, homecare and personal care categories - managing projects around positioning, equity and innovation - helping to drive innovation across the markets, identifying consumer trends and bringing best practice thinking to the business.  Opportunities for career development within this highly successful and fast growing business are superb for high achievers who enjoy a challenge.  FMCG, personal care or OTC experience essential for these challenging and interesting roles.

Our Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in a fast-paced consumer driven business is key for this challenging role, almost certainly with a robust research agency training too.  You will have been exposed to a wide range of research methodologies - qual, quant, continuous and ad-hoc - and will enjoy seeking out new ways to get under the consumer's skin.  Specific experience of innovation projects is key including hands-on involvement in ideation, concept writing, product/concept testing and brand equity measurement.  Ideally you will have worked on multi-country projects and will be happy to travel overseas regularly.  You will be commercially savvy and results-driven with exceptional influencing and communication skills.
