Our client is an international company who design and source premium products for promotional purposes on a global basis. They are currently seeking an experienced Account Director to join the Client Services team.   

The Role

To manage the day to day activities of the account including product design and development of the clients Gift with purchase/premium/sourcing requirements, quotations, sampling, and order placement. To ensure roles are carried out according to the client's performance criteria. To maximise the contribution of the customer's account in line with annual business plans.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the annual business planning process for the account, setting sales and profit targets.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities with the client to increase sales turnover and profit for the account
  • Lead the day to day activities of accounts.
  • Effectively manage the pitch process for new programmes, creating insightful and compelling solutions for the client.
  • Ensure that responses are managed in a timely manner.
  • Maximise sales and profitability of each line ongoing
  • Management of the creative process with the design team for given projects to ensure team are briefed correctly, and deadlines are met.
  • Manage the product development and approvals process according to the client's standard procedures.
