They need you as our new ECommerce Manager in an execution-and-leadership role to take responsibility for the full marketing mix in our fast-growing company.

You will report directly to the MD and join the management team.

* Your true north is: generation of sales revenue from new clients by utilising your considerable e commerce skills, duties will include:
*Managing the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, identifying and acting on opportunities to streamline and improve return on investment.
* Responsible for the Digital & Direct Marketing strategy for the organisation, encompassing email marketing, PPC (including Google Adwords, Display advertising, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter advertising) & landing pages.
* Developed clear Marketing Team Strategy, monitoring ROI, developing channel optimisation and achieving
* You'll develop and own the marketing strategy, agree quarterly and annual KPIs directly with the MD, and join our management team
* You'll lead on all channels: websites, events marketing, content/social, PR, paid acquisition, organic search, sales materials/collateral, and email marketing
* You'll own the marketing budget and maximise ROI: for every area of activity you will balance how much to spend on it and whether you will execute it yourself, hire for it, or cost-effectively outsource it
* You'll line-manage and develop a junior marketing team (currently one person but we'll expect to make additional hires in time)
* You'll supercharge our understanding of customers and their needs, our clients competition and their strengths and pricing, and market positioning/points of differentiation
* You'll understand our clients products/services as well as anyone else on the team, and be able to contribute to the development and refinement of our suite of offerings
* You'll make sure they use the best tools at all times for analytics gathering, CRM, generating proposals, social media etc.

* You're naturally organised, and you like to plan ahead
* You can spin 20 plates at once (you'll call them "campaigns") using the numbers to decide which ones you double down on or curtail
* You know how to monitor and listen to get us in the right conversations online
* You are an extremely articulate communicator and there are tens of thousands of your words out there on the web and in inboxes
* You love being in the analytics so you can react to results and evolve your plan
* You are hungry to hear what real customers and prospects are saying about the companies you work for
* You aren't afraid to teach yourself stuff you don't know; you read and you have mentors
