This organisation is a worldwide, growing partnership of real estate firms with over 5000+ employees worldwide. They are looking to recruit for a Head of Communications to join their London based team. This role offers an amazing opportunity to join a global player in a well-respected industry.

Your new role
You will be responsible for building a communications strategy to develop the reputation and awareness of the company's brands. This will include identifying and building relationships to promote the organisation, developing and managing PR campaigns, understanding the target audience, writing news releases and internal communications. Additionally you will work with the Research, Marketing & BD teams to deliver a fully informed and integrated media programme. You will manage and monitor confidential and crisis communications to ensure media scrutiny is minimised and negative impact reduced or avoided. You will manage communication with national, trade and regional journalists and ensure message consistency is delivered at all times and develop feedback channels/qualitative/quantitative measures to gauge impact of communications, and to promote cross communication.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will have extensive experience within a professional services organisation, having experience of running communications teams and acting as a strategic business partner to the most senior stakeholders. You will also have experience of delivering integrated communications solutions, and have proven issues and crisis management experience.

What you'll get in return In return,
