Your new companyThis company is a reputable London based property maintenance and construction company who employ ex-military tradesmen. They pride themselves on delivering a quality service based around their military values and work ethics. Their skilled tradesmen have signed up to our code of conduct which demands high standards of workmanship as well as customer care. The company have ambitious growth plans and need a driven and inventive Sales and Marketing manager to coordinate our sales.

Your new role
Reporting directly in to the Director of the company you will help to develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy. You will help win key contracts and projects by generating new leads and enquires through sales and marketing campaigns as well as building new relationships and managing existing relationships. You will be responsible for liaising with contractors, construction and property companies in order to bring in new business projects in the value of £100-£350k each month. You will manage the social media and websites in order to grow the company's presence which will include creating copy and editing material to ensure all information is accurate and up to date. You will also be responsible for other marketing collateral tasks such as email campaigns to again generate potential leads. There will also be similar tasks defined by the management team based on the size of the project bid.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in a sales environment within the property / construction industry. You will have worked in a sales environment before, negotiating on construction projects and hitting KPI targets. You will have experience with sales negotiations, fostering relationships, investor engagement and creating copy for marketing purposes. You will be articulate as you will be front of house and an ambassador for the business as well as organised and IT Savvy (including corporate experience with social media and using the full Microsoft package).

What you'll get in return In return,
You will be paid a basic salary of £25,000 - £28,000 with a commission structure increasing earnings up to (OTE £40,000+) as well as an excellent benefits package.
