If you are an experienced marketer who wants to enhance your existing marketing expertise and develop new skills and experiences, working across a variety of industry sectors, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.  A rare opportunity to show your marketing flair and intellect working in a truly exciting, stimulating and challenging environment.

Brand Learning is a fast-growing consultancy with unique expertise in lifting the capabilities of people and organisations to drive growth by creating better value for their customers.  Founded in 2000, with operations in London, Singapore and New York, Brand Learning has worked with over 120 leading multinational organisations (including Unilever, Shell, PepsiCo and AstraZeneca) in more than 60 countries to create sustained performance change in their commercial teams. Working with high profile global clients, you'll work as part of a collaborative team to develop outstanding capability programmes. You'll manage client projects from conception to delivery - assessing their needs, creating capability strategies, developing tailored processes, tools and techniques, facilitating workshops and embedding the learning. You'll also be involved in the drive to build fee income and win new clients and will contribute to the development of new thinking and IP.

Detailed Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and support client teams to build, manage and sustain strong and enduring relationships
  • Lead and support capability projects to create capability programme strategies; leading-edge tailored processes, tools and techniques; learning programs and toolkits;  engaging and effective learning experiences, which are embedded throughout the organisation

  • Contribute towards a positive team spirit and our culture of pioneering, collaboration and passion
  • Provide support to other team members

  • Responsible for the financial health of client accounts, programmes and projects through the management of all key levers of fee income and profitability
  • Actively develop your own marketing and capability knowledge, sharing new knowledge with colleagues

Our Ideal Candidate

An ambitious, pro-active self-starter, with proven expertise in marketing strategy almost certainly gained in a classical brand management career with blue-chip companies (but perhaps in a brand consulting role too), you will have experience spanning all aspects of the mix from consumer insight and brand strategy to A&P development, spanning all areas from ATL to digital and social media.   You will be passionate about brands and marketing with a real interest in people development and an understanding of how to motivate and inspire. This is an intellectually demanding role in which you'll work with exceptionally smart colleagues and clients, and needs candidates with robust academic backgrounds with strong conceptual, analytical and creative thinking skills.   Exceptional communication, facilitation, project management and team working skills are a given for this role in which you will build close client relationships; you'll also be someone who can single-mindedly immerse yourself in the ‘detail', roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
