I’m working with a fantastic consumer brand who, due to continued investment in their customer proposition, have a newly created role available for a successful Customer Insight Manager to join their growing team.

Working on a high profile project within the business, this role will be highly visible both internally and externally, so it goes without saying that the successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with fantastic stakeholder management skills.

About the role:-
-          Leading both quantitative and qualitative insight and analysis across your category
-          Use of Kantar, Nielsen and internal sales data to derive insight and generate business recommendations
-          Leading a small team
-          Working closely with the category managers to understand sales performance and to maximise return
-          Acting as an advocate for putting the customer first and using data to bring the brand closer to its customer

About you:-
-          Highly analytical
-          Experience of working with Kantar, IRI, Nielsen or similar
-          Strong communication and relationship building skills
-          Works well under pressure
-          Confident managing budgets
-          Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
-          Driven and not afraid to voice your ideas
-          SQL advantageous
