Our client is a health and wellbeing agency based in Farringdon in London and we are looking to recruit a Project Executive to join our Account Handling team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience of working within an account team and have a solid understanding of the digital detail aids, apps, websites, social platforms and other digital materials. We are small, boutique, independent agency with around 14 members of staff.
A good, solid technical/digital understanding and skillset is preferred. You will report into the Client Services Director.
The role will have 2 primary responsibilities, to support the account team and Account Director, as well as providing assistance to the Digital Project Director.
You will have strong organisation and communication skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently. We are a fun agency, but the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines is essential.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
? Effectively and efficiently manage the flow of work between Account Handling and the Creative team
? Confidently liaise with clients and third-party suppliers
? Brief Creatives on new projects
? Setup and maintain project timelines
? Track project deliverables and key milestones
? Multitask on various projects
? Provide input to status reports
? Proactively manage internal resources, identify issues and suggest practical solutions
Ideal candidates will have the following skills:
? Proven account management skills
? Good understanding of digital
? Experience in managing websites, apps, details aids and other digital-based projects
This is a permanent position working within an agency environment with a range of global healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
