A national accountancy firm is looking to appoint a Senior Marketing Executive to support Partners in the London office to achieve their marketing and Business Development objectives. This will involve office marketing (accountancy, tax and advisory services) as well as support for the specialist corporate finance, insolvency and financial planning services.

You will ensure that activities support central/regional marketing activity as well as the firm's marketing plan. You will build relationships, raise reputation and increase recognition of the office, building the brand locally in line with corporate brand guidelines. You'll develop, manage and deliver marketing and Business Development programmes to a high standard, in line with the firm's goals and with attention to return on investment.

You will develop marketing plans for office, sectors and specialist services by attending marketing meetings, helping to develop plans, and working with partners to prepare marketing budgets. You will liaise with Partners to understand objectives and advise on best practice to achieve them, analysing channel and sector opportunities and devising suitable communication and engagement programmes.

You will deliver office, channel and sector marketing programmes by identifying local PR opportunities to ensure that maximum media coverage is achieved. You'll manage direct mailing (email and print), reporting on mailing statistics and analysis and help with profile-raising activities such as award submissions, events, seminars or conferences. You will liaise with partners to manage events from inception to completion. You will also provide business development and bid support to partners and managers.

You will have previous professional services experience, preferably in accountancy, law or consultancy, with excellent writing and communication skills and good attention to detail. You'll have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels and experience in managing multiple stakeholders and maintaining their confidence. You will be organised and possess the ability to manage multiple projects, work well both in a team and autonomously and think strategically whilst delivering operational programmes. You will be resourceful with strong problem-solving, evaluation and critical thinking skills and be PC literate.
