Online Acquisition Manager - Surrey Based - Up to £40k

Our client are a privately owned pure-play retail company seeking a new Online Acquisition Manager to help drive already thriving online sales in their exciting next chapter.

The Role

-New role: reporting to the Ecommerce Director
-Along with the new director help define and execute digital marketing strategy for SEO, PPC and Affiliates channels.
-Effectively manage assigned budgets to deliver digital acquisition goals.
-Involved in the ongoing migration of new website
-Implement new processes needed for acquisition
-Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and 3rd party partners
-Constantly analyse performance and adjust tactics to maximise return on investment.
-Report to the wider company on KPIs, progress against goals and other relevant metrics.


-Proven experience on online growth through acquisition channels for an ecommerce site or pureplay business
-Strong communicator with experience of working with founder stakeholders as well as managing direct reports
-Commercially aware with a desire and drive to grow sales and brand awareness
-A digital champion who can build excitement for the opportunities that digital has to complement an already successful business
-Experience of small business, fashion or homeware a benefit
