Description

The role of CRM Manager, for this leading London FinTech company, includes the following responsibilities:
Maintain Salesforce database
Ensure quality of client data is upheld
Produce a variety of client reports for Sales teams
Run workshops to create awareness for policies and procedures in order to enhance client data that can be utilised by Marketing and Sales
Identify and outline areas where systems can be enhanced
Be proactive in support of marketing team


Profile

The ideal candidate for the role of CRM Manager will possess the following capabilities:
Be degree educated to a minimum 2:1
Excellent data management skills
Have previous experience of Salesforce administration
Previous experience of producing client reports
Experience in a similar CRM/Database role within a B2B setting, ideally Financial or Tech
Proficient across Microsoft Office suite
