The role of Head of Internal Communications is for a fast growing and innovative company, based in central London. The role will play a key part in building a positive culture to keep the customer at the heart of all activity, along with ensuring all business areas are aligned and informed.

The client is a leading specialist Financial Services company, who have a market leading track record and an innovative approach to customer experience across all areas of the company.


The role of Head of Internal Communications includes the follow responsibilities:
Ensure all areas of the Group are aligned and informed as they undergo a process of developing separate brands for each business area

Develop a creative approach in developing a communications plan that encourages ambition and ownership within the company

Deliver stories in a compelling way and lead the communications on company initiatives

Assess current channels and communications activity

Work with senior stakeholders to fully understand the commercial objectives and ensure communications activity is in line with wider messaging


The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:
Have previous experience in a senior internal communications position - with full strategic ownership
Have worked in Financial or Professional Services
Be able to build senior level relationships in a proactive manner
Understand how to operate within a complex organisation
You must be able to make a significant impact quickly, understanding how to put in place and deliver a plan that brings about clear change
