Your new company
A world-leading integrated project and programme management consultancy now have the requirement for a dynamic, creative Marketing Manager to join their collaborative team. This company support clients with the construction and management of their key assets, important projects and programmes demonstrating their wealth of expertise.

Your new role
You will be responsible for preparing bid documentation such as pre-qualification and tender documents, presentation material and collate technical input where required. You will also lead and manage strategically high value bids, managing the bid team across the region and potentially outside of region. You will manage all elements of the bidding process from collecting and maintaining up-to-date experience, client references and testimonials to co-ordinating win/launch sessions, producing best practice responses and maintaining oversight of all bid related activity. Additionally you will manage the bid data in CRM, including tracking and reporting on wins and losses as well as supporting and identify the creation of new bid materials, in particular bid style, template and visuals You will also monitor Internal communications activity as required, including input to quarterly newsletter and notice boards

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified (ideally marketing related) with experience within a professional services or property / construction or engineering industries. You will have extensive experience managing the bid process from start to finish and strong project management skills. You will be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and you will have an excellent understanding in marketing, communications and social media. Knowledge of CRM is desirable for this role.
