As the Head of Brand you will have autonomy to drive the DMU brand and its long-term strategic development in line with the needs of the university. You will be responsible for developing and leading the strategy for the organisation's corporate marketing and brand to ensure a sector leading service. Innovation and vision will play a major part of this role to ensure maximum brand recognition from all marketing and media channels used. Working with teams across the organisation, liaising with stakeholders and close partnership working with the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications are also key duties of the role.

As a Head of Brand you will have experience of working at a Head or Director level within a large corporate organisation or international charity. Key requisites for this role include significant experience of developing and leading a corporate brand, team leadership, budget management, stakeholder communications, print and digital design and photography/video production. You will have the vision and drive to engage staff with your strategy and branding ideas across this complex organisation. Partnership working, assessment of marketing trends, strategic vision and a high level of creativity are all essential skills.
