We are looking for a very experienced artworker with a full understanding of artwork processes and also with a good creative eye. Someone whose key attributes are working with complex architectural floorplans from start to finish. You'll mainly be artworking on producing marketing material for clients in the luxury property industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • collaborate with the design department to ensure best cropping and positioning of layout elements
  • generate required sizes and formats for advertising campaigns
  • maintain quality control by checking and verifying all artwork against specifications and guidelines for accuracy before submitting for production

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • solid experience and highly skilled with working on floorplans from start to finish
  • experience with Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator/Acrobat
  • a strong knowledge of typography, picture and colour composition and layout
  • excellent communication and listening skills
  • a desire to be part of a collaborative, respectful and multi-disciplinary team
  • an attention to detail and the ability to work in a highly productive and creative environment
  • a good knowledge of and passion for the English language
  • effective time management
